Q. What inspired you to write this book?
A. There was a time in my life when I lost all direction.
It was too painful to just let it pass,
and I feared it would return one day if I simply buried it.
So I began to write — like a diary at first.
Q. What changed the most while writing?
A. I learned to look inside my own emotions.
Unclear thoughts and vague pains turned into sentences,
and I began to view myself more objectively.
Through this book, I was able to comfort myself.
Q. How do you feel now that the book is published?
A. When a reader told me that my book gave them comfort, I cried.
It made me realize that publishing is not the end —
it’s the start of a new connection.
Thanks to Synergy Books, I was able to leave a turning point of my life in writing.
